Ordering by Phone
All orders can be placed by phone. Please have your credit card number ready. We will also need your full name and address. Please allow for postage and handling. Should you wish to purchase insurance or to send via Express Post, additional charges will be incurred. We cannot accept responsibility for goods once they have been shipped.
Ordering by Mail
Specify your order in writing and include a brief description of the item (to avoid confusion) as well as the quantities required. Don't forget to include your name, address, telephone number and an email address. Payment should be made by cheque or money order (in Australian dollars) or your credit card billing details**. Please allow for postage and handling.
Ordering by Fax
Specify your order in writing and include a brief description of the item (to avoid confusion) as well as the quantities required. Don't forget to include your name, address, telephone number and your return fax number!
Laybys - Interest FREE
We now also have a 6 week layby when you purchase from our online shop. If you want to use our Layby facilities, use our direct deposit facilities to make a 20% deposit on your order. Please include a note in the comments section that you wish to pay by layby and we will assign you a layby number which you need to use when you make your payments over a 6 week period. We will ship your order on receipt of your last payment.
