A holding deposit of $500 (non refundable) by April 2010 (please specify which Tour)
Balance Due for all Tours by the end of June 2010.
Rates per person (Twin Share)
Tour 1: $7500 AUD
Tour 2: $5500 AUD
(Prices are subject to change in case of increase in airfares, air tax or fuel levies)

Please Note:
The prices are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuations in exchange rates, increase in land and airfare costs. Itineraries are subject to alterations if airline schedules are amended or other conditions require it.

In the event that the minimum number is not achieved, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, or the tour may be re costed and offered at a revised price and/or be taken at a later date.

Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. As there are cancellation and/or amendment fees applicable to this tour. Travel insurance is to protect passengers against loss of deposits and /or final payment, medical expenses, loss of baggage, etc.

Amera’s Palace/Travel 2000 will not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to individual cancellation.

Bookings
The name/rooming list is to be handed to the person in charge of the tour (Amera Eid) with the names of passengers in their preferred order of sharing the rooms. Names are to be as per passports, with date of birth, passport number, expiry date and nationality ( passports should be valid not less than 6 months from the date of departure) A cop of the first page of each passengers passport should be sent to us with the booking form.

Visa Applications forms are available from your local Egyptian Consulate. Each passenger should obtain their own Visa from the relevant Consuls or Embassies. Or all Australian passport holders can obtain a Visa from Cairo Airport on arrival.

Cancellations of the Tour:
Amera's Palace and Travel 2000 reserves the right to cancel the whole or any part of the tour as a result of Force Majeure for any reason outside our control (including without limitation the failure of any third party to perform). In such an even we will refund all monies and then be under no further liability. As is accepted practice, compensation cannot be paid for cancellation or change due to strikes, disasters technical problems, closure of airports, delays of aircraft or other events over which the tour operator has no control.

(i) Bookings cancelled at any time after confirmation up to 60 days prior to departure are subject to $300 fee per person.
(ii) Bookings cancelled before 45 days of departure will incur a minimum of 20% of the whole cost.
(iii) Bookings cancelled with the 35 days before departure will incur an amount equal to the total land content price; plus $300 airline cancellation fees (plus GST) per tickets applies after issue.

No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced, or in respect of any other tours.
